Can I use my shop’s own pricing?
Yes. Set your garment and decoration pricing rules, quantities, imprint locations, color counts, and fees. Quotes use those rules so your team has a consistent starting point.
Does it connect to SanMar?
Yes. The SanMar integration brings synced product, color, size, inventory, and cost data into garment selection. Availability reflects the latest successful sync; confirm stock before committing to a customer.
Can customers request and approve quotes online?
Yes. Your branded customer portal lets customers build and save quotes. Approval links let them review job details and supply required information, keeping that review connected to the order.
Can wholesale customers make their own pitches?
Yes. Customers with approved wholesale access can create a pitch from one of their saved quotes, mark up individual line items, and export a PDF with their own branding and contact details. Their pitch pricing does not change the source quote.
When does a job enter production?
Production scheduling works from jobs with a recorded payment or deposit. Your team can then schedule imprints, assign compatible presses, and review work orders. Customer approval alone does not put a job into production.
How do I get started?
Create a company account, configure your shop’s branding and pricing, and build a test quote. For setup help, pricing, and account options, email hello@alienquote.com.
I can’t sign in. What should I do?
Check that you are using the right login: staff use the workspace login, while customers use their shop’s portal. Use the password-reset option on that sign-in screen if needed. If you still cannot get in, email hello@alienquote.com with your company name and account email—never your password.
