Information in the service
AlienQuote processes information supplied when you create an account, configure a company, contact us, or use a shop’s portal. This can include names, email addresses, business and delivery details, quotes, order records, artwork, logos, and payment-status information. Authentication and hosting services also process technical information needed to operate the service, such as session data and request logs.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide account access, calculate and store quotes, support approvals, manage job workflows, deliver transactional messages, maintain the service, and respond to support requests. Only provide personal information that is necessary for the job and that you are authorized to share.
Your shop and its customers
When you use a shop’s customer portal, that shop receives the information needed to handle your request and order. The shop controls its customer relationships and business records. Contact the shop first about an apparel order or its use of your customer information; contact AlienQuote about platform privacy.
Providers and shared links
Hosting, database, authentication, email, and configured payment or shipping providers process information needed for their functions. Job information is available to authorized workspace users and through customer-facing links you choose to share. Treat approval, invoice, and payment links as confidential. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to address misuse or security incidents.
Payments and browser storage
Online payments use the provider configured for the company. Payment status and transaction references can be recorded to connect payment to the job. Do not email card numbers or put payment credentials in notes. Cookies or similar browser storage support sign-in sessions and app functionality; blocking them may prevent features from working. Third-party services have their own privacy practices.
Access, correction, and deletion
Email hello@alienquote.com to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your platform information. Identify the account and company without sending your password. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the shop that controls the records. Some records may need to remain for transaction, security, or legal reasons; retention depends on the record and those requirements.
