Make the customer portal look like your shop

Set the identity customers see, and check the email configuration that supports it.

1. Set your company details

Review the company name, logo, brand color, address, and contacts in settings. Use a clear logo that stays readable on a light background.

2. Check the portal link

Open your company’s customer portal. Confirm the correct logo and contacts appear before sharing it with customers.

3. Configure your email domain

Follow the email-domain setup shown for your company and add the exact DNS records provided at your domain host. Verification depends on the provider seeing the records; saving a record does not mean it is verified.

4. Review the complete experience

Check a customer quote and approval message. If a wrong brand or unverified email status persists, send hello@alienquote.com your company name, the affected page, and a screenshot. Do not send passwords or secret keys.
