Using AlienQuote
These terms apply to the AlienQuote website, company workspaces, and customer portals. Use the service only if you are authorized to act for the account or business involved. A separate written agreement with your company controls where it conflicts with these terms. Contact hello@alienquote.com with questions before using the service.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials, and grant staff appropriate access. You are responsible for activity you authorize. You retain your rights in content you submit and authorize AlienQuote and its providers to process it as needed to provide and support the service. Only upload artwork, logos, and customer information you have permission to use and share.
Your shop’s decisions
Your shop is responsible for pricing rules, taxes, customer commitments, artwork approvals, supplier orders, production, and fulfillment. Check quote and invoice totals before sending. Supplier catalog data and carrier estimates may change and are not inventory reservations or delivery guarantees.
Customer orders and wholesale pitches
Apparel purchases are between the customer and the shop handling the order. Questions about products, turnaround, refunds, or fulfillment should go to that shop. Wholesale access requires the shop’s approval. A reseller’s marked-up pitch is separate from the wholesale quote and does not alter the shop’s order terms.
Integrations and charges
Connected services may require their own accounts, configuration, fees, and terms. Any AlienQuote subscription or service charges must be communicated separately in the applicable offer or agreement. Customer invoice payments are for the shop’s order, not automatically for an AlienQuote subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, misuse personal information, or use the platform unlawfully. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. Report suspected unauthorized access to hello@alienquote.com without sending passwords or secret keys.
Availability and account questions
Features and integrations may change, and interruptions can occur. Keep copies of business-critical documents and verify important job information. Email hello@alienquote.com about account closure, data access, billing, or service issues. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
