1. Create the right account
Use Create your workspace to register your company and owner account. If you are buying apparel from a shop, use that shop’s customer portal instead of creating another company.
2. Add your shop’s identity
In company settings, review your business name, logo, brand color, and contacts. Open your customer portal and check that it shows the correct shop information.
3. Review pricing and integrations
Set garment and decoration pricing rules before quoting real work. Check catalog data and any payment or shipping setup you intend to use. Another shop’s configuration does not automatically carry over to your account.
4. Build a test quote
Use a test customer, choose garments, enter size quantities, and add decoration. Check pricing, artwork, fees, shipping, and the total before sharing an approval link.
5. Check the customer experience
Open the approval link and verify the next internal review step. Only use real payment links for intended transactions; contact us if you need help testing payment setup.
