1. Confirm wholesale access
Sign in to the shop’s customer portal. Your wholesale request must be approved by that shop. If access is pending, contact the shop; creating another company workspace will not approve the request.
2. Open a saved quote
Build and save a quote under your customer account. On your quotes page, use the pitch-builder action on the quote you want to present. You can only build from quotes available to your own account.
3. Set line-item markup
Adjust each line’s markup and review selling prices and totals. The pitch does not overwrite the wholesale quote or change what the shop charges you.
4. Add branding and contacts
Enter your business name, contacts, and logo. Review the recipient and presentation details so the pitch is ready for your customer.
5. Export and review
Export the white-label PDF and open it before sending. Check branding, prices, totals, and contact details. Use the shop’s original quote workflow when you are ready to place the wholesale order.
